Gabrielle DiBernardi joined the corporate and private equity transactions group of Ropes & Gray in 2021. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Gabrielle was a senior mergers and acquisitions associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
Gabrielle represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and private companies and investors in connection with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, joint-ventures and general corporate matters. Gabrielle regularly represents clients in competitive auction scenarios, both as sellers and bidders, across various industries, including health care, technology, energy and infrastructure and manufacturing.
