Marcie Dickson, CEO and Founder of Alterity ADR, is an expert in conflict resolution. But her entrepreneurial path hasn’t been linear. Along the way, Marcie observed first-hand what can happen to a person without means to dispute resolution. She channeled this passion to pursue Alterity and eliminate risk in the lives of many locked in conflict. In this episode, we’ll explore what happens when you pursue your path with wild ambition and remember to say no when it’s necessary.
