What is included with the registration price?
Registration includes access to all conference sessions, networking breaks, meals, and receptions, unless otherwise noted. It doesn’t include any accommodations, travel, or additional for-cost workshops.
Who should attend the Kayo Summits?
Kayo is a community for women in business, finance, and investing. All are welcome. Programming is geared towards emerging and senior leadership, primarily in areas of business, investing, development, legal, and talent.

Where can I find the agenda?
On each event page, we will have a brochure or agenda available for download, depending on where we are in event planning. Full agendas are typically released two to three months prior to the event, though we send topics, panels, and keynote announcements all year long. Make sure you are getting updates via email by joining our event waitlists or downloading the event brochures.
What is your cancellation policy?
After purchasing a ticket, refunds are not available. However, tickets may be transferred to a colleague or we can issue a credit that can be used to a future event if notifications are received 72 hours before the event.
Is press allowed at Kayo events?
All Kayo events are closed to the press.
How do I reserve a hotel room?
Kayo reserves room blocks at each luxury host hotel we select for our events (because who has time to worry about being comfortable?) Room blocks are limited and tend to sell out quickly. Hotels are listed on each event page, and “how to book your room” instructions will be sent after you register.
Hotel self-parking is currently available at Rowes Wharf in the underground garage managed by Laz Parking. Guests are permitted to leave and return to the garage within the day without any extra charge. Electric charging stations and car washes are available. Oversized vehicles with a height greater than 6′ 6″ will be directed to an offsite garage. Self-Parking, $49 daily. Valet parking currently unavailable.
Kayo Summits & Forums adhere to a business professional dress code. For Kayo Retreats, we recommend resort casual attire.
Will proof of vaccination be required?
Kayo is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment at our June 2022 Summit. We will continue to monitor and update safety precautions for the conference regularly and coordinate with trusted national resources, state and local public health agencies, and the hotel hosting the event. As a speaker, may I have the attendee list in advance?
We are not able to share the attendee list in advance of that with delegates from any firms who are not our event sponsors or partners. All attendees receive access to the Kayo Corner with our digital directory with contact information.
As a speaker, do I need to purchase a pass to the event?
Speakers do not need to purchase a pass to the event. Speakers receive a complimentary pass. Please reach out to email@example.com to receive your receipt.
As a speaker, how do I reserve a hotel room?
Speakers are responsible for booking their own hotel and travel. The event takes place at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Please keep an eye out for an email on reservation information.
Does Kayo reimburse speaker travel costs?

As a speaker, may I invite a guest?
Yes, speakers are encouraged to share a discount code with their guests. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the guest discount code.
When is my prep session? Who are my panelists?
Your prep session is held 4 weeks in advance of the in-person event and led by the discussion moderator. Once the full panel is confirmed, you will receive a group introduction email to kick off planning.
