WILL I RECEIVE THE ATTENDEE LIST IN ADVANCE?
Yes, we send a list of attendees (names, firms, titles, cities) within one week of the event.
WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?
Masterclass events are casual, and we want you to be comfortable and cozy throughout the day. Wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident, and allows you the stamina to stay energetic through the day. We typically see everything from athleisure to business casual.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
After purchasing a ticket, refunds are not available. Tickets may be transferred to another individual at Kayo’s discretion up to 3 days before the event. In the event of a cancellation, we are no longer offering credits to future events.
ARE GROUP DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
Yes. We offer a 20% discount on groups of three or more. Contact hello@kayoconferenceseries.com to request a special code for your group or to request an invoice.
HOW DO I BOOK MY HOTEL ROOM AT THE BOARS HEAD INN?
We’ve secured a room block at the Boar’s Head Resort. Prices start at $159 per night. This block will sell out, so we recommend booking your room early. Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive a direct link to book. You may also call the resort directly at (877) 853-0708 and tell them you are with the Kayo Conference Series group to reserve at our reduced rate. If you are looking to extend your stay pre- or post-event, you may call the resort directly after booking your room through the link to process your stay extension.

By Air: Charlottesville/Albemarle Airport (CHO) is located 10 miles from Boar’s Head Resort. The following carriers service CHO airport: US Airways Express, United Express and Delta Connection.
Other airports nearby include Richmond International Airport (RIC), about one hour and 25 minutes away from the resort by car and Dulles International Airport (IAD), about two hours away from the resort by car.
By Car: Boar’s Head Resort is located at 200 Ednam Drive, just west of Charlottesville off of Route 250.
By Train: The Amtrak train station is located less than 4 miles from Boar’s Head Resort. The station code is CVS.
