Event Registration is located on the ????? 2nd-floor. Check-in lines will be organized by last name. Please follow the signs to your specific check-in representative.
ON SITE SIGN UPS
Once you’ve checked in to the event, pick your extra networking opportunities, including Morning Wellness, Wind-Down Walk, and Advancement Workshops.
When: Sunday 3 PM-6 PM, Monday 8 AM-3 PM, Tuesday 9 AM-12 PM
Where: In the Rotunda located on the 2nd-floor
WHAT TO WEAR
Conference: Kayo Summits adhere to a business professional dress code. Feel free to embrace some Miami style with bold colors, tropical prints and breathable fabrics. Don’t forget your layers – hotels are chilly!
Morning Wellness & Walk: Wear comfortable and lightweight athleisure for the outdoor low intensity fitness activities. Yoga will be on the beach with no shoes required. Be sure to wear your sneakers for the Walk on the paved Miami Beach Ocean Path.
Name badges: Be recognizable at every turn by wearing your custom name badge with coordinating lanyard!
EVENT APP
Preparing in advance can be the key to success when attending a conference. Download the event app on June 1 to:
- Complete your attendee profile, including your headshot
- Browse the attendee list by scroll, sort and filter options
- Build your schedule with industry content and additional all access segments
TRAVEL
If you’re flying, the closest airport is LaGuardia Airport (10.5 Miles from the One Vanderbilt).
The venue does not offer shuttle services from the airport; however, the following options are available:
- Taxi
- Lyft, Uber, or another ride-sharing service
- Valet parking at the hotel is available for $50 including tax overnight. Self-parking is available in the garage across the street. ?????????

Name Badges & Registration
The South Beach Series consists of three events running concurrently: Private Equity Summit, Real Estate Summit and Sustainable Investing Summit. While all attendees have all-access, name badges and lanyards will identify each event by color. BONUS: Attendees can customize their name badge with additional information about their role in the ecosystem to help others connect with them.
Dine & Drink
Your registration to the conference includes beverage stations and light snacks at the Connection Cafe and a Networking Lunch on Tuesday, June 13. Below are the recommended options for all other meals during conference hours:
On-site dining: Find the most up to date information on restaurants and room service at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel website.

Cancellation Policy
After purchasing a ticket, refunds are not available. However, tickets may be transferred to a colleague or a credit can be issued towards a future event if notifications are received 7 days before the event. No transfers will be permitted after June 5, 2023. Credits for future events are valid for up to 12 months. Any additional balance on the ticket price must be paid at time of transfer redemption.
