LINDSAY BURTON
Lindsay Burton is the Founder of the Kayo Conference Series, an event company which champions women in finance. Since inception, the Kayo Conference Series has held more than 30 summits and leadership retreats and more than 50 virtual events reaching a network of more than 30,000 women in alternative investing. She was formerly the host of the podcast The Weekly Knockout, a series where industry leaders help women in business turn obstacles into opportunities. Prior to founding Kayo in 2012, Lindsay spent four years as a secondary private equity investor at AlpInvest Partners, a division of the Carlyle Group. She began her career at Lehman Brothers in private placements and healthcare investment banking sector. She received her B.A. in Comparative Literature and Economics from the University of Virginia.

HANNAH WYNNYK
As President & CEO, Hannah Wynnyk oversees the full scope of Kayo’s growth strategy, business development, and community engagement. She is the connective tissue between Kayo’s vision and its execution, ensuring that every client relationship, strategic partnership, and community initiative reflects the high standards Kayo is known for.
Hannah owns and leads Kayo with a focus on deepening relationships across the alternative investment landscape, expanding the firm’s reach into new industries, and delivering an experience that keeps clients coming back year after year. Her background in high-touch client engagement and North American commercial strategy gives her a distinctive lens on how to build loyalty and trust at scale.
Outside of work, Hannah resides south of Charlottesville, VA, with her husband and daughter, where she is involved in her local community and serves on multiple boards.

KATE POTTER
Kate Potter leads all things product at Kayo. From the first logistical detail to the final moment of an event. As Head of Product, she oversees event management and execution, client experience, vendor relationships, and programming across Kayo’s full calendar of summits, pop-ups, and retreats.
Kate’s work is what makes a Kayo event feel distinctly different. She brings an exacting eye for quality and a deep commitment to ensuring that every attendee walks away having had an exceptional, seamless experience. Her background in luxury brand management — including a leadership role at Yves Delorme, Inc. — shaped her high standards for client experience and attention to detail.
Kate resides in Barboursville, VA, and outside of work you’ll find her with her family and her horses.

ALLISON O'DONNELL
Allison O’Donnell runs the internal engine that keeps Kayo operating at its best. As Head of Business Operations, she oversees HR, finance, and internal systems — building the scalable infrastructure that allows Kayo’s client-facing teams to focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
Known for her calm under pressure and her ability to bring clarity to complexity, Allison ensures that Kayo’s processes are as sharp and intentional as the events themselves. She brings over a decade of operations experience across SaaS, manufacturing, and professional services, and has been a driving force behind Kayo’s organizational growth since joining in 2022.
Allison is based in Las Vegas, NV, where she lives with her husband and two children.

CHANNING SHIFFLETT
Channing Shifflett is the relationship architect behind many of Kayo’s sponsorships, partnerships and strategic relationships. As Director of Business Development, she works closely with firms and investment professionals to understand their specific business goals — and then connects them, intentionally and strategically, with the right decision-makers across Kayo’s network.
Channing doesn’t just sell sponsorships; she builds partnerships. Her approach is rooted in listening carefully to what a client is trying to accomplish and engineering the introductions and visibility opportunities that will actually move the needle for their business. Her background in client-focused sales and marketing, including a role at Marriott International, gave her a strong foundation in creating tailored solutions and cultivating lasting relationships.
Channing holds a B.S. from Virginia Tech and a Master’s in Marketing from Liberty University. She lives in Madison, VA, with her husband, son, and their two doodle pups, Camo and Khaki.

JULIA BROUGHTON
Julia Broughton keeps Kayo’s events running with precision and purpose. As Event Director, she works alongside her teammates to bring each Kayo experience to life — supporting event operations, client experience, vendor coordination, and on-the-ground execution across summits, pop-ups, and retreats.
Julia brings a process-driven mindset and relentless attention to detail to every event she touches. She is focused on ensuring that every attendee, sponsor, and partner has a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish. She joined Kayo from the University of Lynchburg, where she studied marketing and was a goalkeeper for the Women’s Lacrosse team — a background that speaks to her competitive drive and instinct for being a strong team player.
When she’s not on-site or in execution mode, you’ll find Julia coaching youth lacrosse or in the kitchen baking.

STEPHANIE AIZVERA
Project Manager, Private Capital
OLIVIA VANDERHART
Olivia Vanderhart supports both product-specific campaigns and brand-wide marketing initiatives at Kayo. As Marketing Strategy Associate, she designs and oversees marketing strategy for Kayo’s Real Assets Series while contributing to company-wide efforts like brand development, website updates, and lead generation. From crafting compelling copy to managing key contact lists, Olivia moves fluidly between strategy and execution to help drive inbound leads and ticket sales across Kayo’s events.
Olivia graduated from William & Mary in with a B.A. in Economics. Her analytical background gives her a sharp eye for tracking campaign performance and translating data into stronger marketing strategy.
Outside of work, you’ll find Olivia tending her garden, working on craft projects, or spending time with her family, friends, and cats.
Marketing Strategy Associate
EMMA KROONER
Emma is a Marketing Associate at Kayo Conference Series, where she supports the planning and execution of initiatives that drive discovery, champion the Kayo brand, and promote industry-leading events for women in finance and business. Her work and attention to detail spans campaign execution, lead generation, content creation, and market research, all to deliver the most meaningful experiences to Kayo’s incredible community.
Emma graduated from The University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce with a degree in management and business analytics and a minor in environmental science. Outside of work you will find her in her hometown of Virginia Beach, Virginia shopping second hand, at the beach, or volunteering with her local therapeutic riding center Equi-Kids
Marketing Associate
ANNA APKE
Anna is a Project Manager of the Real Assets Series at Kayo Conference Series, where she supports the planning and execution of Kayo’s flagship Summits and industry-focused Pop-Ups. She manages project timelines, event logistics, and onsite execution to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences. Passionate about the intersection of finance, hospitality, and operations, Anna brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to every project.
Anna graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance with a minor in Tourism Management. She lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she is participating in the Trinity Fellows Program. Outside of work, you’ll find her at the beach, on the pickleball court, hiking local trails, or spending time with family and friends.

MADDI SAID
Maddi supports Kayo’s Business Development Team as an account manager, overseeing sponsor relations, and event operations. She spearheads the sponsor and partner journey from onboarding through post-event follow-up, ensuring sponsors and partners receive a consistent, high-quality experience at every touchpoint. Working closely with leadership, she helps ensure sponsor deliverables are met with the same precision and care that defines the Kayo experience.
Maddi studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at Our Lady of Fatima University in Manila, a foundation that shows in her attentiveness to guest and client experience across every touchpoint of the sponsor journey. Outside of work, Maddi volunteers to feed stray cats and dogs in her community and is a proud pet parent to two cats of her own.
Account Manager
JOANNA GUINTO
Joanna supports Kayo’s Production Team as a Virtual Assistant and Speaker Concierge. From coordinating speaker onboarding and communications to supporting project workflows and event logistics, she helps ensure a seamless experience for speakers and attendees across Kayo’s portfolio of events. Her work spans speaker scheduling, project coordination, and operational support, helping teams stay organized and events run smoothly.
Before joining the Production Team, Joanna supported Kayo’s Business Operations function, assisting with finance processes, sponsor invoicing, interview coordination, and executive calendar management. This experience provided her with a strong understanding of the operations that support Kayo’s events and programs. Joanna resides in the Philippines and enjoys spending time with family, exploring creative pursuits, and continuously learning new skills.
